We provide consulting and advisory services to share our knowledge and experience with clients to ease their stock take headaches. We are happy to support clients that prefer to perform their own stocktakes but leverage off our experience.

Services that have provided good value to our clients include a review of inventory master data including the accuracy of parent child relationships and cleaning up the data. We have also developed a tried and tested stock take process as part of our complete inventory count service and are happy to share our learnings with clients.

Through our close association and involvement with the development of the technology used for our full stocktake service, we support clients that want to make use of scanners and an on-line cloud based system to increase the accuracy and efficiency of the stock take process using their own staff.

We are able to train staff in the proper use of the system, provide access to the scanners and the system and assist with anything related to the process of using the technology.

We offer a complete inventory count solution that will provide management with an independent confirmation of physical stock on hand at the stock take date.

We assist clients by physically tagging each asset with a barcode, QR code or RFID tag carrying the clients required information and recording the details into an asset register.

Furthermore we assist clients with regular asset verification utilising our independent team and barcode scanners to verify the existence and condition of assets.

• Our team can complete the stock count or asset verification outside of normal business hours allowing you to operate normally without impacting sales and income.

• Our stock counting team can perform two counts which provide us the ability to confirm inventory quantities on the spot and resolve any discrepancies prior to leaving your facility.
• Two stock counts provide us with an independent confirmation regarding the level of accuracy of the inventory count.

• The use of barcode scanners linked to a real-time online system increase the accuracy and speed of the stock count and asset verification process.
